WHAT IS PSYCHODRAMA?

Psychodrama is an experiential method of exploring the world in which we live, both internal and external. It allows for safe expression of strong feelings, the development of insight and a wider perspective on individual and community problems and an opportunity to try out new, desired behaviors. Psychodrama is used the world over in clinics, substance abuse programs, rehabs, hospitals, schools, community agencies, police departments, and industry.

PSYCHODRAMA & PSYCHOTHERAPY CENTER

The Center was created to provide a therapeutic and safe environment where both lay people and professionals may learn, grow, and heal through these action methods.

Personal Growth Workshops help people identify and express their feelings, find new ways of dealing with difficult situations, and connect with others in a deeper, more satisfying way. The aim is to increase spontaneity, creativity and authenticity in all aspects of one’s life.

Professional Trainings will give you a theoretical and practical understanding of the methods of Psychodrama, Sociometry, Sociodrama, and Group Psychotherapy.

Psychodrama Trainings are offered to mental health professionals of all disciplines, substance abuse counselors, marriage and family therapists, social workers, human services workers, creative arts therapists, counselors, educators, and students in these fields. Attorneys are using psychodrama methods within their practice areas.
